2009-Current H-D Touring Tour Pack Mount for use with W3D Sealed Saddlebag Mount Kit

From the factory you have two options to mount the tour pack. One is a quick release that is prone to rattling on audio bikes that have a lot of bass. The other one is a hard mount that requires removing the saddlebags to remove. This kit is a hard mount that still allows you to remove the tour pack without removing the saddlebags because the mounting hardware is accessible from the top. 

This kit comes with a tour pack mount, two plates with threaded bungs that mount to the frame to accept the tour pack mount, a pair of block offs for when the tour pack is removed and all necessary hardware. 

This kit will only work if you have the W3D Sealed Saddlebag Mount Kit because the bottom plate is too large to fit with the OEM covers.
