2014-Current Harley-Davidson Touring Modular Fork Caps / Spacers for Air Ride

These are modular fork caps that we designed to help with all the different variations of wheels and fenders now available on the market. These were created to utilize full travel of your front forks and not have to use external bump stops and extending the fork length by 1/4" at a time instead. 

When you use external bump stops you are reducing your fork travel by 1/4" for every bump stop you install. A typical 23" Skinny front wheel setup with air ride will use three 1/4" bump stops - thus reducing your travel by almost 25%. Instead you can now use this cap and one spacer to keep your factory ~4" of travel and not have any worries about smashing your fender into your lower tree. 

The caps themselves are 1/2" longer than the factory cap. (2 Bump Stops)

Each spacer is 1/4" thick.  (1 Bump Stop)

How to measure what you need:

If you are using 4 bump stops currently and you want to change to these modular caps you would need to make up one inch (4 x 1/4" = 1") so you would purchase the caps (1/2") and 2 spacers per side (1/4" x 2) which would make up the 1" of bump stops.
