This plug-n-play kit was designed to move the coil on a 2017-2023 H-D Touring M8 from under the battery area on the firewall to hang on the left side of the motor like a M8 Softail or 2023.5-Newer touring. 

This allows the coil to stay cooler because it is now in the open and being air cooled. It also gives you more room under your battery area for wiring / fuses or other items you may want to put there on stereo builds.
